The City of Rio Rancho is working on two major loan agreements for projects pertaining to road water and wastewater infrastructure for the Hewlett-Packard project in downtown and the other to help complete the extension of Paseo Del Volcan and complete infrastructure for Sue Cleveland High School. Residents and home owners will be interested to know if the loans go thru as this will affect the opening of Cleveland High School along with the new economic development pertaining to Hewlett-Packard.News : Council issues bonds - Rio Rancho Observer:
