SAD 7 Leaves a Tough Decision
ABQjournal Westoped: SAD Leaves a Tough Decision: "SAD Leaves a Tough Decision
By Mike and Genie Ryan
For the Journal
COMMON SENSE: The debate over the special assessment district that has been proposed to alleviate flood problems in Rio Rancho's Unit 17 has created more passion and more controversy than anything we have seen in a long time.
Now with Mayor Mike Williams' recommendation to delay the vote until after the March elections, it has certainly made it a bigger issue in the campaign and caused the controversy to get even more strident."
