Aggressive marketing looks to be in the works for the Santa Ana Star Center when the new management company finishes with its contract negotiations. Global Spectrum and the City of Rio Rancho are still working out the contract details, but all seems to be moving forward favorably. The residents of Rio Rancho are glad to know progress continues with The Santa Ana Star Center and hope to see it thrive for years to come.
