This is because of one little stretch of road that Albuquerque refuses to complete into four lanes for traffic. Right now it’s two. What happens is four lanes of heavy traffic continuously has to merge into two lanes creating a constant bog. We live on the Southside of Albuquerque and we have issues with Unser too...and 98th street...and...and...welcome to Albuquerque. I've been working with Ken Sanchez to improve things out here.
