Gas Station Coming to 40th & Northern

The prospect of more new business coming to Rio Rancho is very exciting to hear! Western Refining is in the process of working on a Gas Station location near the new Lowes Home Improvement off Northern and 40th. A gas station is severely needed in this area as well as other locations since some Rio Rancho residents have to drive for miles just to fill up. The residents in Northern Meadows as well as the Rio Rancho City Center employees would be thrilled if they knew a gas station & convenience store were coming near them.

Global Spectrum with The Santa Ana Star Center

The Santa Ana Star Center is almost finished with its contract negotiations with Global Spectrum who recently took over the management of this facility. Knowing a strong company such as Global Spectrum is running the operations at Santa Ana puts an ease to the minds of Rio Rancho residents. With the Santa Ana being a focal point at the Rio Rancho City Center, it is necessary that this venture stays active and busy. The people of Rio Rancho and Sandoval County know the Santa Ana Star Center is a great venue and hope to see it thrive.
