UNM & Presbyterian Hospitals in Rio Rancho

Planners for the University of New Mexico hospital along with Presbyterian hospital are still hopeful with regards to their plans for opening facilities in Rio Rancho. UNM is moving a bit further along in their process in having bids due by the end of May. Presbyterian is waiting for the market to improve with the hopes of new announcements in the upcoming months. Hopefully there will be good news on the horizon for all!

Paseo del Volcan project to be bid out this month

Infrastructure improvements are always a welcomed site in the city of Rio Rancho. One such improvement is on its way as the city of Rio Rancho prepares for bids regarding the extension of Paseo del Volcan. We have received phone calls from appraisers seeking information about land that will need to be assessed for eminent domain purposes. This extended road to and from US550 will help give more and easier access to the Rio Rancho City Center as well as Cleveland High. The new Hewlitt Packard call center is also located in the City Center along with CNM community college which are currently under construction.
