For homes under $130,000 we're seeing them go pending quickly with competition for them. It's a great time to be a buyer or seller of homes as the interest rates remain low, and homes are more affordable. We have worked with many buyers taking advantage of foreclosed and bank owned homes. While they are sold "as-is" they are usually a pretty good deal. Right now, Fannie Mae is offering to help buyers with their closing costs and reduced prices for appliances.
