While showing homes for sale in Rio Rancho, NM, today, I visited the new homes for sale by Pulte in Loma Colorado. The real estate here is great! The location in Rio Rancho is also great. Home buyers and sellers love this neighborhood for many reasons.
Right now, Pulte has a few homes under construction which will be ready starting in July. They are currently building 19 different floor plans with new homes priced from the $170's to $400's. They have excellent one story floor plans, and also 2 story floor plans.
